a corporation existing under the lavs of the State of INDIANA , of t~ie first part,
in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDEEtATIONS, lawful money

County, Florida, upon the land in St. Lucie County, State of

recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, its successors
