IN RE: THE MATTER OF
DANNY JOE McCOY
ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE
This cause coming on to be heard this March 20, 1974, and
the Court having heard the testimony of Barbara Leggett, and the
testimony of Danny Joe McCoy, and being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the reasonable visitation rights given to the natural
father of the child, which constitutes the subject matter of this
action, are hereby determined to be from 1:00 p.m. to 5:()0 v.m. on
each Sunday. " :
2. That each of the parties is hereby enjoined from molesting
or injuring each other, or in anyway violating the restraining order
; heretofore entered.

E 3. That in the event that Danny Joe McCoy shall take Dempsey

~ Joe McCoy away from the house occupied by the mother, Barbara Leggett,

t she has, at her option, the right to go with said child and his natural _
~ father.

~ 4. That in the event that Danny Joe McCoy has been consuming

= alcoholic beverages at the time he comes to visit, he shall not have

~ the right to visit with said child.

~ 5. That Danny Joe McCoy shall pay the hospital bill incurred
~ ~
; as a result of the incident which occurred on or about February Z6,
? 1975, which hospital bill is in the amount of either $86.00 or $89.00. ,

' 6. That Danny Joe McCoy shall pay to the attorney for Barbara ~
~ Leggett, which attorney is C. R. McDonald, Jr., 1600 South Federal :
r Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida, court costs in th~e amount of $27. 50,
