PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

now the otrner and holder by assignTent of the following ~ortgages

2445, ei seq., Public Records or" St. Luc~e County, rlorida,
encur-b?ring certain lands in S~. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indabtedness of ~1,~'~,3°2.~~
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
lucie County, Florida; and _
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgag~d premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred & 00/100
- - DOLLARS
14.300.00 , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
; lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
