PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW AlL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
~ WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa~-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortqage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of E1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has reguested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premi ses , from the 1 i en and operati on of sai d
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of '

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
~ lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its

and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
