MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOSH INGRAM, JR., did heretofore
execute to J. W. DICKSON special agent for Indian River Trading
Corp. a certain mortgage deed dated October 2, 1973, said
mortgage securing an indebtedness of $12,300.00 and being record-
ed on October 9, 1973 in O R Book 219, page 1479 through page
1482, of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida; and
now, therefore in consideration of $1.00 to us in hand paid and
in order to induce the said J. W. DICKSON special agent for
Indian River Trading Corp. to consent to said mortgage being
modified, I, the undersigned agree as follows:
1. The certain mortgage deed to J. W. DICKSON special agent
for Indian River Trading Corp. aforedescribed as being recorded
in O R Book 219, page 1479 through 1482, is hereby amended in
that the principal sum covered by said mortgage shall be the
amount of $15,000.00 and shall be at an interest rate of ten

~ percent (10$) per annum repayable monthly by total principal and

~ interest installments of $161.20, the first monthly payment being

' due on the 15th day of November, 1974 and a like payment on each

~ succeeding day of each succeeding month until paid in full. ;

z In all other respects, the said mortgage as being recorded

~ ir_ O R Book 219, page 1479 through 1482, is hereby ratified and

z . confirmed and this Mortgage Modification Agreement shall be con-

sidered as though it were contained in the original mortgage. ~
