The undersigned Developer, Ft. Pierce Construction Corp.,, a
Florid~ corporation, being the owner of fee simple title of record to
those cerfiain lands located and situated in St. Lucie County, Florida,
being more particularly described as follows:

2. Definitions. The te~ns used in this Declaration and in ~
its exhibits, including the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of
COLONNADES CONDOMINIUM9 ASSOCIATION NO. 11 , INC., shall be defined
in accordance with the provisions of Section 711.03 (Fla. Stat. 1973)
of the Condominium Act, and as follows unless the context otherwise
reqtiires :
2.1 Apartment means unit as defined by the Condominium
Act.
2.2 A~artment owner means unit owner as defi.ned by the
F i;~ndominium Act.

~ 2.3 Lessor means the owner of the Recreation Area unless
~ the context otherwise requires.
~ 2.4 Association means COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS aSSOCIATION ~
~ N0. 11 , INC., and its successors. ;

~ 2.5 Condominium unit owner means the owner of a condo- _
~ minium apartment.

2.6 Common elements shall include: ±

~ (a) All of those items stated in the Condominium Act. ?

(b) Tangible personal property required for the
