that part of the building containing the apartment that lies
within fihe boundaries of the apartment, which boundaries are
as follows:
(a) The upper and lower boundaries of fihe apartment
shall be the following boundaries extended to an intersection
with the perimetrical boundaries:
(1) Upper Boundaries - The horizont~l plane of
the undecorated finished ceiling.
(2) Lower Boundaries - The horizontal plane of
ttie undecorated finished floor.
. (b) The perimetrical boundaries of the apartment shall •
be the vertic~l planes of the undecorated finished interior
of the walls bounding the apartment extending to the inter-
sections with each other and with the upper and lower boundaries,
and where there is afitached to the building a balcony, loggia,
terrace or canopy, the perimetrical boundaries shall be extended
to include the same.
3.5 Recreation Area. A Recreation Area has been leased
by the Association as agent for the apartment owners pursuant
to the provisions of a Ninety-Nine Year Lease. The Recreation
area shall be administered by the Association, and shall be
available for~~`the use of apartment owners without discrimina-
tion and without charge except where specifically authorized
by this Declaration, except that the Association may adopt
regulations providing for charging for exclusive use of the
facilities by an apartment owner from time to time if such
exclusive use is made available to all apartment owners. Use
of the recreational facilities shall be pu rsuant and subject ;
to the provisions of the Ninety-Nine Year Lease. '

3.6 A~artments. There is one (1) apartment'building here-
with submitted to condominium ownership, said apartment
~ building is referred to as Seascape VI, consisting of twenty-
` four (24) apartments. All identified by the use of a number,
~ first numeral of which shall identify the floor upon which
' the apartment is located and the last two numerals of which
~ shall identify the location of the apartment on the floor, all
€ as shown graphically described on Exhibit B hereto.
~ 4. Appurtenances to Apartments. The owner of each apartment
~ unit shall own an undivided share and certain interest in the condominium
~
~ property, which share and interest shall be appurtenant to the apartment
~ unit, said undivided interest in the Condominium property and common
~ elements heing as designated and set forth in an Exhibit A attached
~ hereto.

~ 4.1 Limited Corrunon Elements.

Y (a) Storage Space located within the building shall be
~ assigned so as to provide at least one such place to the '
exclusive use of each apartment owner. ~

_ (b) Automobile Parking Space. Limited common elements ~
- include parking spaces. Parking spaces shall be assigned pur- ~
suant to the rules and regulations of fihe Association so as to ;
provide parking for one automobile, i.e., one parking space for ~
~=-r each apartment, provided, hawever, in the event a specific ~
parking space is assigned in connection with the sale of an ~
apartment unit by the Developer, the right to use the said :
