ARTICLE I -
T'he name of the co~poration ehall be COLONNADES CaNDOMINIt~I
ASSOCIATION N0. 11, INC., Hereinafter the co~oretian ehall be referred
to as the "Association", vaith its principal place of buy_?ness located at
Ft. Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida.
ARTICLE II
The purpose for which the Associatian is arganized is to provide
an ~ntity pursuant to Section 12, Chapter 711~ Florida Statutes~•her•ein_
after called the "Condominium Act", for the operation of CULONNADES
CONDOMINIiRf N0. 11, a condaninium to be created pureuant to the provisions
of the Condominium Act.
ARTICLE III
The powers of the Association shall include snd be governed by
~ the following proviaions:
3.1 T'he Association shall have all of the cormnon law and statu-
tory powers of a corpQration not for profit not in conflict with the ternss

of these Articles of Incorporation or the Condaninium Act.

' 3.2 The Aasociation ehall have all of the pawers and dutiea

set forth in the Condominium Act ex oept as limited by the$e Articles of

Incorporation and the Declaration of Condvminium, and all of the p avers
and duties reasonably necessary to op~'rate the Condominium pursuant to
the Decleration and as it mey be amended from time to time.
3.3 All funds and the titles to all propertiea acquired by
the Association, and their proceed8, shall be held in trust for the
rr.embers in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of
