ARTICLE IV 4.1 The members of the Aseociation shall consist of all of the record vwners of apartments in the Condaninium, hereinafter referred to as "Co~tdom3nlum lfiitat', and after termination of the Condaminium ehall coneist of those who are members at the time of such teYminetion~ ~nd their succeasore and essigne. 4.2 Membership ahall be acquired by recording in the PuhLic Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida, a deed or other instrument estab_ lishing record title to a Condominium Unit in the Condomini~zm, the owner designated by auch instrument thus becoming a member of the Association, ; and the membership of the prior awner being thereby terminated, provided, however, any party who owns more than one unit shell remain a member of I I the Associetion so long as he shall retein tifi le ~o or a fee ownership ` I ; interest in any unit. i s i 4.3 The share of a member in the funds and assets of the ' Association cannot be assigned, hypothecated or transferred in any manner ~ ~ ~ except as an appurtenance to his Condominium Unit. i } 4.4 On ail mariers upon which the membership shall be entitled ~ to vote, there shall be one vof-e for each unit, a~hich vote may be exercised ~ ~ ~ or cast in such manner as may be provided in the Bylaws of the Association. a e ~ Any person or entity awning more th$n one unit shall be enti~led to one ~ vote for each unit he awne. _ ~ ARTICLE V - The Association shall have perpetual existence.
