The affairs of the Aesocistion ehall be adminietered by a
Presidetit, a Viee_President, a Secretary and a Treasurer, and such
Aseistant Secretaries and Assietanfi Treaeurers as the Board of Directore
may fm m time to time designate. Any peraon may hold two offices, except-
ing that the same pereon ehall not hold the office of President and Vice
President. Ufficers of the Aseociation shall be elected by the Board of
Directors at its first meeting folla~ing the ann~al meeting of the
members of the ^.ssociation, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Board
of Directors. The names and addresses of the officers who ahall serve
i until their succeseors ere designated by the Board Direetors are •

~ 8.1 The affairs of the Aseociation shall be managed by a

Board of Directors who shall be membere of the Association, excepting

thst the first Board of Uirectors shall consist of three (3) Direetors
;t who need not be members of the Aesociation, and thereafter the membership
- of the Board shall consist of not leRe than five (5) Directors; provided,
- however, that the Board shall conaiet of an odd number of inembers, and

provided, further, thet follawing the tern~ of office of the first Baard
- of Directors, the Baarc3 ahall never consist of iess than five (5) members.
