COLONNADES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION N0. 11, INC.
1. Identity. These are the Byla~vs o f COLONNADES -CONDOMIlVIUM
ASSOCIATION N0. 11, INC., hereinafter called the "Association", a
corporation nofi for profit under the laws of the State of Florida,
organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 711, Florida Statutes,.
hereinafter referred fio as the "Condominium Act".
1.1 The office of the Association shall be at 1140 Bayshore Dr.,
Ft. Pierce, Florida.
1.2 The fiscal year of the Association shall be the calendar
year.
1.3 The seal of the Association shall bear the name of the
corporation, the word "Florida", and words "corporation not for profit",
and fihe year of incorporation.
2. Members' meetings.

2.1 The annual members'~meeting shall be held at the office F

i of the Association at 1140 Bayshore Drive , Fort Pierce,

~ on the second Thursday of November of each year, for the purpose of
~ electing directors and transacting any other business authorized to
~
k be transacted by the members; provided, however, if that day is a
~
~ legal holiday, the meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next
~ day that is not a holiday.

~ 2.2 Special members' meetings shall be held whene"ver called

~ by the President or Vice President or by a majority of the Board of

' Directors, and must be called by such officers upon receipt of a ~
~
written request from members entitled to cast fifty-one (51~ percent 4

~ of the votes of the entire membership, provided, however, until
~ Fort Pierce Construction Corporation, a Florida corporation, herein-
after called the "Developer", has closed the sales of all of Yhe
# condominium apartment units, hereinafter referred to as "Condominium
_ Units", or until the Developer elects to tenninate its contr:~l of r
