HomeMy WebLinkAbout2065 (d) ifitil the first election of directors, and so lon~ as the initial directors designated in the Certificate of Incorporation shall remain in office, proposal of an amendment and approval thereof shall require only the affirmative action of all of the said original directors, and no meeting of the condominium unit awners nor any approval thereof need be had. 8.1 Proviso. Provided, however, that no amendment shall discriminate against any condominium unit owner nor against any condo- minium unit or class or group of units unless the condormium unit owners so affected shall consent. No amendment shall be made that is in con_ flict with the Articles of Incorpo~ation or the Declaration of Condominium. 8.2 Execution and recording. A copy of each amendment shall be attached to a certificate certifying that the amendment was duly adopted as an amendment of the Declaration and Bylaws, which certificate shall be executed by the officers of the Association with the foxmali_ ties of a deed. The amendment shall be effective ~vhen such certificate ~ and copy of the amendment are recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie f ~ County, Florida. i 9. Management Agreement. Simultaneously with the adoption of fihese i ; Bylaws, the Association, by and through its original Board of Directors ° and Officers, has entered into an agreement with RECAP MANAGEMENT 5 3 CORPORATION, a Florida corporation.
