This matter coming on to be heard upon Motion to find the
Respondent, GEORGE K. MORRIS, SR., to be in Contempt of Court, for
his failure to pay the attorney's fees to the Petitioner's Attorney, ;
C. R. McDONALD, JR.; in the amount of $150.00, and the Court beinc~

fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that GEORGE K. MORRIS, SR. shall pay to R

C. R. McDONALD, JR., as his reasonable attorney's fee as heretofore ~

determined, the sum of $150.00, and in the event that said fee is not =
aid within 30 days, GEORGE K. MORRIS, SR. shall be subject to further ~

j process from this Court for his Contempt of Court in not paying said

j sum as ordered, and the said GEORGE K. MORRIS, SR. has 30 days from ~
