ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that DONALD B. MATTHEWS shall pay to ;
C. R. McDONALD, JR., as his reasonable attorney's fee as heretofore
determined, the sum of $293.00, and in the event that said fee is _
; not paid within 30 days, the said DONALD B. MATTHEWS shall be subject

to further process from this Court for his Contemnt of Court in not
