~ ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the Motion for
.
temporary relief on Wednesday, March 12, 1975 and both the
husband and wife being present and the Court having reviewed
~ the motion which was verified and under oath and having listened
to both parties, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That a temporary restraining order be and the same
is hereby entered as to both parties and the husband, DONALD H.
WILLIAMS be and he is hereby temporarily restrained from bothering,
threatening or harming the wife, VIRGINIA GAIL WILLIAMS in any
manner and the wife, VIRGINIA GAIL WILLIAMS be and she is hereby
~ temporarily restrained from bothering, threatening or injuring .

the husband, DONALD H. WILLIAMS in any manner.

~ (2) That the husband shall have the temporary right to

a use the home and to continue renting the home out. ~

_ (3) That the wife be and she is hereby required to ~

F remove herself from the premises and to remain away from the

~ premises until further order of this Court.

_ (4) That the husband pay the sum of $50.00 per week ~
~ ~

as temporary alimony for the support of the wife and that said

- sum of $50.00 be paid immediately directly to the wife and each
~
t~ week hereafter a like sum of $50.00 per week be paid to the Clerk

= ot this Court and by him remitted promptly to Virginia Gail Willia~
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory

costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments ~
~ ~
;:y shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the ;

= parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
~
, mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is
~~9 in effect.
