DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject mat~er of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists befiween the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLITPION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FREDDIE LEE ETTERS,
Husband, and VIRGINIA LUCILLE ETTERS, Wife be and the same is hereby dissolved,

; and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
i
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
f
therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICHAEL LEE ETTERS and DARYL WALLACE ETTERS,

~ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, VIRGINIA
~ LUCILLE ETTERS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband,
~ FREDDIE LEE ETTERS.

; 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of , 1975,

~ the Husband, FREDDIE LEE ETTERS shall pay to the Wife, VIRGINIA LUCILLE

2y ,~~TTERS, the sum of $275.00 pe~ month for the support of the minor children ~

~ or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of 1
