AGREE?tEN'P !~10DIFYING MORTGAGE
1VHEREAS, RONALD R. ALBERTS and SANDRA R. ALBERTS, his wife, as
mortgagors, did on February 14, 1975, make, execute and deliver a
certain mortgage deed to SECURITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the United States of America, as mortgagee, which mortgage was
recorded in Official Record Book 236, Page 1896, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage deed encumbered a certain
tract of land in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 20 and 21, Block 118, LAKEWOOD PARK, Unit Nine,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
11, Page 27C, public records of St. Lucie County,

as security for an original principal debt of $30,000.00 evidenced by
a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said mortgage
deed, and
; WHEREAS, tlirough inadvertance and error, the paragrap'~•designated

' as paragraph (3) in said martgage recites that all the covenants and obli-

~ gations of the A!ortgagor to the I?tortagee, as contained in a Supple-

~ mental Agreement recited in said mortgage as being recorded in O~ficial
~ Record Book 340, Page 366, public records of Indian River County, Florida,
~
~ whereas in fact such recording of the Supplemental Agreement incorporated

in the mortgage should '~ave been recited as being recorded in Official
~ Record Book 182, Page 2396, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

~ and

§ WHEREAS, the mortgagors and the mortgagee have mutually agreed that
~ the said mortgage should be modified and amended so as to correct the
~
a error in the recitation of the recording information of the aforedescribed
_ Supnlemental Agreernent;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and
~ valuable considerations, and the mutual covenants and promises herein
made and the sum of One Dollar (~1.00) each to the other paid, RONALD R.
