ALBERTS and SANDRA R. ALBERTS, his wife, hereinafter called the l?lort-
gagors and SECURITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY, hereinafter called the !~tortgagee, agree as follows:
1. That~the mortgage deed dated February 14, 1975 and recorded
in Official Record Book 236, Page 1896, public records of St. Lucie
Courity, Florida, s1iall be modified, amended and correcied so inai ine
paragraph designated as paragraph (3) on the second page of said mort-
gage shall read as follows:
(3) all the covenants and obligations of the Mortgagor to the
I?iortgagee, as contained in a supplemental agreement dated, executed
and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to
said note and supplemental agreement for the full terms and condi-
tions thereof, and the same are hereby incorporated herein as
fully.as if written our verbatim herein, and recorded, pursuant to
695.02, Florida Statutes in Official Record Book 182, Page 2-396,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the above described paragraph (3) as set forth in paragraph
1 hereof, is hereby and herewith made a part of said mortgage as though
I; it had been originally described and incorporated therein.

~ 3. That this agreement shall not be deemed to modify or amend said
