heard testimony of witnesses and having found that proper :

l. The Quit-Claim Deed executed pursuant to a purported -
; Property Settlenent Agreement dated October 25, 1972 executed by

I Loretta Wagner to Joseph A. Wagner is hereby declared null
and void and of no force and effect.

2. The real property known as Tanglecreek Ranch legally

` S~ 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the S 1/2 of the S~ 1/4 ?
~ of the SE 1/4, Section 26, Township 35 South, Range 39 East.

~ is awarded in full to Loretta E. Wagner as lump sum alimony.

~ 3. The Court further awards all personal property, ;

~ jointly owned or held by the parties in this action to Loretta

E. Wagner.

g 4. Rental of Tanglecreek Ranch and other pasture lands
= formerly paid to Joseph A. Wagner shall henceforth be paid to
- John P. Gaudiosi, Attorney for account of Loretta E. Wagner.
~ A Supplemental Order directing each.tenant of his obligation

to pay future rents to John P. Gaudiosi, Attorney is '
