5. The Court hereby relieves Joseph A. Wagner from any '

of $5,000.00 plus costs and disbursements. This will include

Garcia Ranch in Vero Beach, Florida is awarded to Loretta E.
Wagner. A Supplemental Order directinq the Garcia Ranch to
paragraphs 8 and 9 is authorized.
