to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortgage indebtedness
described in the Complaint the sum of S 17,291.57 , together with ~
interest thereon from the lat day of June , 19 74, }

(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon
the following described property, to-wit:
