DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the a~~''day of March, 1975 ~
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband .
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken aid should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
~ THOMAS H. DIRKES and MARJORY J. DIRKES be and the same is hereby

! dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

; freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

k them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMIESON H. DIRKES, JEFFREY T.

~ DIRKES, CARL D. DIRKES, and CHRISTIAN E. DIRKES, minor children
~
~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARJORY J. DIRKES with
~
~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to THOMAS H. DIRKES.

~ 3. SUPPORT . Commencing the day of ~ ,

~ 1975, THOMAS H. DIRKES shall pay to MARJORY J. DIRKES the sum
~
~ of $12.50 per week per child each and every week, for the support
~ of the children named above.
- 4. ALIMONY. The husband shall pay the sum of $25.00
per week alimony to the wife, said alimony shall terminate in
the event that the wife remarries.
