This cause coming on for hearing upon the Motion for
temporary relief on Thursday, March 20, 1975 and both parties ~
being present and the C.ourt having heard counsel for the parties ~
it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That a temporary restraining order be and the same
is hereby entered as to both parties and the wife, SUSIE DORIS

BOOTH, a/k/a SUZIE DORIS BOOTH, be and she is hereby temporarily ~

restrained from botherin, threatening or harming the husband, ~
MZCHAEL P. BOOTH in any manner and the husband, MICHAEL P. BOOTH, ;
' be and he is hereby temporarily restrained from botherin, threat-

~ ening or harming the wife, SUSIE DORIS BOOTH, a/k/a SUZIE DORIS
~ BOOTH and her 15 year old daughter by a previous marriage, to-wit;
