co~poration under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
Frederic P. IGalesar and Barbara L. Kolesar,
his wi fe dated February l4th 19 73 , and ~ecorded
~n the pubiic records of St . luG f e County, Fiorida, in Otfiuai Record Book ~ ~ j on page
97 b 98 , securing the payment of the sum of

covering property in the County of St. Lucle , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and distharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
morigage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
