W I T N E S S E T H:
That in consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable
consideration Florida Forklift, Inc. hereby assigns, conveys and
transfers unto Dennis R. Connors andGayle A. Connors, his wife, any
and all rights Florida Forklift, Inc. has under or in connection with
a certain "Article of Agreement" dated October 16, 1971 and recorded
in O.R. Book 197, Page 754, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, pursuant to which Major Excavating Company, Inc., a Florida
corporation, has agreed to convey upon satisfaction of cx~venants the
following described land:

Lot 7, Block 4, GREEN ACRES, Unit ~ao, a subdivision acc~ording
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 17, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
