ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion
for an Order of Contempt for the failure of the Husband t6 make
the required support payments, mortgage payments and attorneys
fees to the Wife and on the Husband's Motion for an Order of ~
Contempt for harassment by the Wife and the parties hereto having
reached an amicable settlement and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That neither party be held in willful contempt of
~
this Court.
~ 2. That the Husband will pay the Ad Valorem taxes for
the year 1974 and make payment to the First Federal Savings &
Loan Association of Fort Pierce in the amount of $656.00 within
~
i five (5) days of the date of this Order.

~ 3. That the Husband has agreed to Quit-Claim the real
~
~ property jointly owned as Tenants in Common by the parties and ~
~
~q in return will no longer be liable for the mortgage payment,
x
~ taxes, and insurance, other than provided in Paragraph No.~ 2
~ ~
The Wife agrees to assume and be solely responsible for the ~
i
mortgage from this date. ~

4. That the Wife agrees to reimburse the Husband for mo y~
: a
- paid toward taxes for 1974 and the $656.00, upon the sale of the `
<
~
property.owned as Tenants in Common by the parties. !
