~ the opinion that the sum of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00) to the

j ~ minor, through his parents, is a fair, full and adequate consideration for

; that certain minor as a result of the accident resulting in injuries involved

; ! herein, the Defendants denying liability therefor and that the settlement is

i~ beneficial to~the said minor, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, FREDRICK MOORE, a

~ minor, by and through his next friends, natural guardians and parents, do

i have and recover from the Defendants, MATTHEW MILLER and ALLSTATE

1 INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00)

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon payment of the said sums in the
aforesaid manner, that DONALD MOORE and POLLY MOORE, as next friend,
natural guardians and parents of said minor shall give a full and complete ~
Satisfaction and Release of this judgment to the Defendants. ~
