FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for hearing the 25th day of March,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; the relationship of
husband and wife now exists between the parties, and the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is, thereupon, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between Woodrow
Adkinson and Martha Faye Adkinson be and the same is hereby dis-
~ solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

t freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

' them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of Floyd Clarence Adkinson and

' Woodrow Joseph Adkinson, minor children of the parties, is hereby
~ ~
~ awarded to Martha Faye Adkinson, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to Woodrow Adkinson.

3. SUPPORT: Commencing the lOth day of April, 1975,
; Woodrow Adkinson shall pay to Martha Faye Adkinson the sum of

~ One Hundred Dollars ($100) each and every month for the support

of the children named above.
