Box 854, Fort Pierce, Flor~da 33450. ~ i In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of One Dollar ' ~ ($1.00) as statutory costs to be added to each payment made t to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cas;~ier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~ 4. PROPERTY: Possession and use of the rental premises situate at 2409 Delaware Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereto- fore serving as the marital home of the parties is awarded to the wife for her benefit and for the benefit of the minor children previously named. All furniture, furnishings and fixtures owned by the parties and situate in the above described rental premises, together with the 1963 Volkswagen automobile, are awarded to the ~ t wife as a lump sum as alimony. The husband is directed to ~ execute all documents required by the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State of Florida to transfer the title to said Volkswagen automobile into the sole name of the wife within 15 days of the date of this final judgment. In the absence of his ~ = so doing, this final judgment shall serve as an effective trans- ~ ~ fer of said motor vehicle title. ~ ~ 5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby t ~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or s annoying the other. 6.
