ORDER ~
This cause coming on to be heard on March 20, 1975, upon the Petition
of DONG KUM (MARIA) IN, the Wife, for separate maintenanoe, and the Court having
heard her testimany and considered the evidence presented and being fully advised in
the premisea, it is found that the part[es are living separate and apart from each
~ other, that they have two minor children, namely, HYUNG JITN IN and HYiTNG SUCK IN,
and the Husband has the ab ility to contribute to the maintsnance of his spouse and
minor children, it is thereupon

1. The Husband is directed to pay the sum of lwvo Hund~ed Dollars ($200. 00)
per month to the Wife for the support of the two minor children, HYUNG JUN IN and
HYUNG 3UCK IN, said payments to be made directly to the Clerk of the Circuit Court

' in and for S~ Iucie County, at the. Court House, Fort Pierce, Florida., said payments

€ to commence on April 1, 1975, and each and every month thereafter on the first day

' 2. The Husband is directed to pay the sum of 7~wo Hundred Dollars ($200. 00) ~

~ to the Wife as alimony, said payments to be made directly to the Clerk of the Circuit

~ Court in and for St. Iude County, at the Court House, Fort Pierce, Florida, said

~ payments to commence on April 1, 1975, and each and every manth thereafter on the

j 3. The Husband Joo Yomg In, is restrained from interfering with, harassing,
assaulting or harming the Wife.
