4. The Husband is direoted to pay to the Wife the sum of Eight Hundred
Dollars ($800. 00) for surgery and extractions for the Wife's teeth.
5. The Husband ia directed to pay the outstancling hospital bill to the Wife
for the Indian River Memorial Hospital for her care.
6. The Husband is to pay the fee of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
making the payments directly to the Cour~
