THIS CAOSE having come on to be heard before me this day ~
upon the Motion for Contempt Order by the attorneys for the
Wife for the failure of the Husband to pay the alimony provided

for in the Final Judqment entered herein on November 4, 1974, `
and the Court beinq dnly advised in the premises, it is `

thereupon
ORDBRED AND ADJDDGED that the Husband be and the same ~
is hereby determined to be in default of al3mony payments from
f
~January 1, 1975 through the present date, in the total amount !

of $900.00 and is therefore in contempt of Court and is hereby ~
i
sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the County Jail, provided ~
;
'that the Husband may purge himself of this contempt by the payment,
of the above-stated arrea=age, and that further, the Husband'a !
aentence shall be reduced by one (1) day for each payment of =
$30.00 towards said arrearage.
