April 15, 1975, in which to answer the Interroqatories propounded
by the plaintiff/Cqunter-defendant on February 6, 1975, and the .
Defendant/Counter-plaintiff has until May 1, 1975, in which to
answer the second set of Interrogatories propounded by the Plaintiff/
Counter-defendant on March 6, 1975.
6. The Motion by the Defendant/Counter-plaintiff for

protective order excusinq N. G. Gilbert from attendinq a deposition
schedule on April 11, 1975, in Ft. Pierce, Florida, is qranted based
upon the form of the notice given to N. G. Gilbert and the Court
specifically has not ruled on the merits of the Motion, but will
do so if the issue is presented to it at a later date.
7. Plaintiff/Counter-defendant is given 15 days after
service, in which to respond to the Amended Pleadings of the Defendant/
Counter-plaintiff.
