This cause coming to be heard on March 25, 1975 on the
Motion of the Wife, Mary Kitzi, for alimony pending the appeal
in the above entitled cause, and having heard testimony on
behalf of the Wife and argument of counsel for the Wife, and
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
. ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Commencing March 26, 1975, the Husband, Roy E. ~
Luckhardt, shall pay to the Wife, Mary Litzi, the sum of $75 each
and every week for temporary alimony and for her support pending
the completion of the appeal of the above entitled cause by the
Husband. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

and by him remitted promptly to Mary Kitzi. In addition there is
` hereby assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to
~

~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in ~
~
~ cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
r
~ ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing

~
; and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
