ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause coming to be heard-on March 25, 1975 on the Motion
of the Wife, Mary Kitzi, to hold t~ie Husband,~Roy E. Luckhardt, in
contempt for his failure to comply with the terms of the Final
Judgment entered in the above entitled cause on December 6, 1974
and for the approval on the part of the Husband of the supersedeas
bond and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the Wife and
receiving a letter-memorandum submitted by counsel for the Husband,

and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: `

1. That the Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt, has failed to `
• ;
comply with the terms and conditions of the Final Judgment entered
i ~
! ~ in this cause as to paragraphs 2, 5 and 6, which said Final Judgment
~
~
! was entered on December 6, 1974.

~ 2. The Court determines the Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt,
~ to be in contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with the
~
~ terms of said Final Judgment as above set out in Paragraph 1 hereof.
5 3. The Husband may purge himself of his contempt by

~ paying to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of $1,937.80;
~
- by executing and delivering an appropriate deed to the Wife conveying
the real property as set out in paragraph 2 of said Final Judgment, ~
z
; and by paying to the Wife, Mary Kitzi, one-half of the 1974 real
property taxes on lands located in Brevard County, Florida, together
