- with the rents collected on said property for the months of
November and December, 1974, and January, 1975.
4. In the event of the failure of the Husband to
comply with the terms of the Final Judgment as hereinabove set
out within.ten (10) days from the date of this Order, then in that
event, pursuant to proper notice, the Husband shall appear before
this Court for sentencing for his contempt.
