O R D E R
This cause came to be heard on March 25, 1975 on that portion
of the Petition filed herein by the Wife seeking temporary relief,
and the Court having heard testimony of the respective parties and
argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Custody of the minor child, Christina Yvette
Randleman, minor child of the parties, is hereby temporarily ac,iarded
to the Wife, Virginia Beth Randleman, with reasonable visitation ~
i
rights reserved to the Husband, Barry Joe Randleman.
2. Co~nencing the 26th day of March, 1975 the Husband,
~
; Barry Joe Randleman, shall pay to the Wife, Virginia Beth Randleman,
~

£ the sum of $40 each and every week for the support of the minor child
f

s above named. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
t
~ and by him remitted promptly to Virginia Beth Randleman. In addition
~
' there is hereby assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added
~
~
~ to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
; cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
~
= ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
~
- residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
