tory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 ~
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised•of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
4. The stipulation dictated iito the record is hereby
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof.
5. The Wife, CONSTANCE SOBOLEWSKI, shall have the
ownership and possession of the furniture and furnishings now in
her possession which were in the marital home.
6. The Wife, CONSTANCE SOBOLEWSKI, by appropriate
instrument, shall convey to the Husband, WARREN SOBOLEWSKI, her
interest in the two tracts of land located in the state of Arizona,
subject to the outstanding mortgages. The Husband shall save the
Wife harmless from the payment of said mortgages and notes secured _
by the two tracts of land.
! 7. The Husband, WARREN SOBOLEWSKI, shall be entitled
to the income tax refund check for the year 1974, and the Wife shall

endorse said refund check to the Husband.

! 8. The Wife, CONSTANCE SOBOLEWSKI, shall have the owner-
~
~ ship and possession ~f the 1970 Chevrolet automobile and the Husband
~
~ shall execute any papers necessary to transfer title thereto to the
~ Wife.

~ 9. The Court determines the sum of $250 to be reason-
~
~ able for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and WARREN
~ SOBOLEWSKI is ordered to pay Charles A. Sullivan, Esquire, said
