~ FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 21st day of March, 1975
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The marriage between STANLEY L. COCKRELL and EDITH
ANN COCKRELL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
= mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

~ arising therefrom.

~ 2. Custody of CRAIG CCCKRELL, LINDA COCKRELL and
° STEPHEN COCKRELL, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded

~ to EDITH ANN COCKRELL with reasonable visitation rights reserved to

STANLEY L. COCKRELL.

; 3. Commencing the lst day of April, 1975 STANLEY L.
f
COCKRELL shall pay to EDITH ANN COCKRELL the sum of Four Hundred
($400.00) on the lst and 15th days of each month for the support
;
; of the minor children above named. Each payment shall be made to
