the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to EDITH
ANN COCKRELL. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of ;

cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the ' j
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailinq and residence addresses ~
at all times while this order is in effect.
4. The stipulation dictated into the record is hereby
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to

comply with the provisions thereof.
5. The Court determines the sum of $350 to be reason-
able for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and STANLEY L.
i COCKRELL is ordered to pay Charles E. Becht, Esquire, said sum
together with costs herein assessed at $ 47.50.
6. The Wife, EDITH .ANN COCKRELL, and the minor children
above named have the right to reside in the marital home on Belmont
Avenue in St. Lucie County, Florida so long as the Wife remains
single and all of the minor children have not attained their majority,
married, become self-supporting or died, whichever event occurs first.
The Wife shall make the monthly mortgage installment payments on the

marital home so long as she and the minor children, or any of them,
~ occupy the same. At such time as the Wife remarries or all of the
minor children have reached their majority, become self-supporting,
~ married or died, whichever occurs first, or the Wife and the minor
~ children vacate the marital home on Belmont Avenue in St. Lucie
~
~ County, Florida, it shall be sold and the net proceeds therefrom

i divided equally between the Husband and the Wife.
~
~ 7. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing, annoying or using physical violence
on the other.
