• Al1 payments shall be made to the Clerk of this Court ~
and by him remitted promptly to ELIZABETH B. HUGHART. In addition ~

there is hereby assessed the sum of $l,as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties '

are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. EDWARD WILLIAM HUGHART, JR. also known as EDWARD W.
HUGHART, JR. by appropriate instrument shall convey to ELIZABETH

B. HUGHART his interest in Lot 8 and the West half of Lot 7, Block
8, Biltmore Park, according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
4, page 52, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that EDWARD
W. HUGHART, JR. shall receive from ELIZABETH B. HUGHART the sum of
Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars. The Wife is entitled to the

ownership and possession of all furniture and furnishings now located
, in the dwelling at 816 Kaufman Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida on the

5. From the joint savings account in Citizens Federal
Savings & Loan Association of St. Lucie County and in First Federal

; Savings & Loan Association of Ft. Pierce shall be deducted the sum
of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for attorneys' fees and costs.

~ The attorney for the Wife and the attorney for the Husband shall

~ each receive the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) as a reason-

~ able fee for their services. The balance in the two savings accounts
~
~ shall be divided equally between the Husband and the Wife.
' 6. The Wife shall have the possession and ownership of
- the 1973 Volkswagen Camper, now in her possession. The Husband
shall have the possession and ownership of the Dodge Dart, the Puma ~
- camper and the two boats.
