7. The Husband shall be responsible for and pay all
medical, dental, doctor, hospital and optical bills incurred by

the Wife far the benefit of the minor child, ~ARRY CARL HUGHART. '
8. The stipulation dictated into the record is hereby

incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof.
9. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing, annoying or using physical violence
on the other.
10. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
