UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 15, page 17, public records of
St. I,ucie County, Florida.

BEFORE ME, the undersiqned authority, personally appeared
Frank E. Brewer who after being duly sworn did depose and say:
l. He is aware of notices of tax liens filed in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
a. In the amount of $1,842.45, dated April 28,
1948, recorded in Judgment Lien Book 5, page 279; and
b. In the amount of $303.29, dated March 5, 1952,
recorded in Judgment Lien Book 6, paqe 124.
2. To the best of his knowledge and belief, said tax
liens have lonq since been paid and satisfied, although
apparently no releases were ever placed of public record.~
3. In addition to the iaimediately preceding statements,
he has at r.o time agreed in writing to an extension of tiune
within which the Government could enforce said liens, and they
are thus both cancelled by the six-year statute of limitations
provided in 26 USCA ~6502.
