each in the amount of the Inatalment Payment, the ficat sach Inatalment Payment ~o be made on the Fitat Instalment ~
Payment Date and subeequent Instalment Paymente on the first day of each thereafter until t6e Maturity Date
whereupon the entire unpaid balance of ptiqcipal and intereat acerued and unpaid thereon ahall become due and pay
able; each such instalment when paid shall be applied first to the payment of intereat on the unpaid balance at the In-
terest Rate and the remainder thereot to payment on account of ptincipal.
If any Instalment Payment shall not be paid when due, then the entire principal sum and accrued intereat here-
under shall become due and payable at once or thereafter, at the option of the holder of this Note. Tbe Payee may. at
its option, collect a late charge not to e:ceed two centa tor each one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid when
due to reimburse the Payee for ezpenses of servicing delinquent Instalment Payments. Failure to eaerciae these options +
shall not conatitute a waiver of the right to exerrise the same in the event of any subsequent default. ~

It is further ngreed that the Maker and each endorser, surety, guarantor. jointly and eeverafly. ahall pay all coate ot ~
cotlection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney e[ee, on failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any acerued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of interest per az?num in the State of Florida irom the date when the principal and acrrued interest under
this Note shall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder ahall not in any one year e:ceed the higheat
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida. •
Thia Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, oI properiy aituated in the State of Florida.
~ The Maker agrees that it shall be boand by any agreement e:tending the titne or modifying the above terms oi
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or ow~nets af the pmperty affected by sai 1 Mortgage. whether with or with- ~
out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at s ~
rate no greater than the Interest Itate, according to the terms of any such agreement of eztension or modi~cation_ ~

The unpaid balance of the Principat Amount, plus accrued interest shaU become due and payable at the option of
~ the Payee under the happening of an event by which said balance shall or may become due and payable under the terms
' of said Mortgage.

This Note may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en-
fomement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought_
