To make all payment~5 required by that note and this mortgage promptly when due. 2. To pay al! taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that property promptly when due. If the~ are not promptly paid, the MBrtgagee may pay thesi without waiving the option to foreclose. and auch pa~•ments, with interest thereon from the date of payment at the same rate as apecified in that note, shall also be secured by this mortgage. 3. To commit, permit, or suffer no waste, impairment or deterioration of the mortgage~ property. 9. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the 111ortgagee because of failure of the Mortgagor to comply with the agreements in that note or this mortgage, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
