PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGA6E
KNOW A!L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a natlonal banking associa- .
tlon orga~ized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record 6ook 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly descrlbed;.as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
also encunberi ng other 1 ands i n Po1 k County, Fl ori da, whi ch
~adificatiar? of ~ortqaqe ~ed was ~~c3~~ed O~~i~i~i Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie -
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoar Resorts of America has requested First Mational~~•
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premi ses , fran the 1 i en and operati on of sai d
mortgage; ~
NON, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of

dces rem se, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operatlon of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:
