under that certain promissory note signed by JOHN W. SHERIDAN, to
CITI2ENS FEp~RA~ SAVINGS ~Np I~AN ~SSC~CT~TIQN ~F ST. LUCIE COUNTYi
dated March 10, 1975, beinq Loan No. 3852, in the amount of $55,000.00,
and hereby promise to pay, without defalcation, to the order of
CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS ANO LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
at Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of $55,000.00; with interest from {
date at the rate of 8.75$ per annum, in monthly installments as
follows: $432.69, on the lOth day of April, 1975, and a like sum
on the corresponding day of each month thereafter until the whole
be fully paid or until JOHN W. SHERIDAN complies with Paragraph 2B of
that certain Property Settlement Agreement dated March 7, 1~75, which
is incorporated by reference in the Final Judgment dissolving the
marriage between myself and the said JONN W. SAERIDAN, wherein the ~
said JOHN W. SHERIDAN is obliqated to pay $5,000.00 in minimum weekly a
installments of $100.00 each until August 1, 1975, at which time the ?
remaining balance shall be payable in full, whichever occurs first.
Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the
interest and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If -
default is made in the payment of any installment when due, and such
' default continues 30 days, then at the option of the holder, and
; without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due
~ and payable at once. Privilege is given to prepay this note in whole ;
; or in part at any time without penalty. Neither forebearance, nor '
~ acceptance by the holder thereof after any default in any payments _
hereon, shall be deeme3 extension. A late payment charge of $21.63, s
? shall be added to each installment remaining unpaid 14 days after its
~ due date, and a like sum shall be added to each such installment x
} remaining unpaid 14 days after each succeeding payment date. }

~ Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, ~
a waives demand, presentment protest and notice of protest for non- ~
~ payment, and further agrees to any extension of time and payment, either ~
~ before or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay 3
~ all costs of.collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in
~ the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all

~ benefit of homestead and exemption under the constitution and laws of
~ each State of the United States, as against this obligation or any ~
~ extension or renewal hereof. :
