encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of s
Mortgnge Deed, dated Octo~er 4, 1972, amending the sum secured ~
by an additional principa: indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and ;
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~

Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida; and ~
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National S
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ;
. part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said }
