PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
W~IEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
t1 cr~ ~rgani zed under the laws of the Uni ted States of Ameri ca, i s
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Pubtic Records of St. Lucie County, Florlda,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modiflcatioh of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
' also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Offictal Rec~rd
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
1n Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
MHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
