Edwin and Charlotte Grunwald, his wife

bearing date the 6 day of February , A.D. 19 73 , recorded in
Officical Records Book 2~2 , page 661,662 .~n the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St Lucie County, State of Florida, securing
certain note in the sum of 18,478.89
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Lot ~883 of Venture Out at Indian River Inc, A Condominium, according to
the Declaration of Condominium therof recorded in Official Records Books
210 at page 1402, et seq.of the Public Records of St. Lucie Cou nty,
Florida. As provided for by the Condominium Act of rthe Statutes of the State of
Florida (Chapter 711 Fla Statutes 1965, et seq) said description in this
conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the
Condomi4~ium Parcel described, including the limited common elements assigned
thereto and including the undivided interest in the common elements of said ,
